Hi Top V Elevating Roof Camper

There are plus and minus points for having a hi top or an Elevating roof camper.

The main thing we hear is that people are not happy driving a hitop because it is more difficult to get into carparks and that the hitop meets some wind resistance when driving.Make up your own mind as to what you prefer......

THE HI TOP  atlanticm.jpg - 44055 Bytes

The Hitop is 2.610mm high with 2.150mm standing height.

There is a storage cupboard over the cab area.

The double bed in the roof of the hi top is 194x 116cm.

The Bed in the hitop has an easy pull out system compared to the flip over bed in the roof of the elevating roof bus.

The hitop is much more readily able to be used for winter camping as the solid roof is very thick and heavily insulated.

The headroom constant without having to put up the elevating roof.

THE ELEVATING ROOF

The Elevating roof allows 2550mm standing height at its highest point.

It allows the versatility for both economic driving and easy parking when not camping and then extra headroom necessary when stationary.

Great for summer camping.

The double bed in the roof measures 185cm x 122cm.
